RETURN AND EXHANGE POLICY

  • If you think you have ordered a wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like you purchase, merchandise can be change,exchange,return within 7 days of delivery,if customer want refund then the delivery amount will be deducted from the order amount (also applied to free delivery products as well)
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
  • The original receipt must be attached
Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained.If the mistake is from our side we will pay delivery charges from both sides and if customer want to change/exchange by his own reason/mistake than he/she will pay both sides delivery charges.
